  • The same farmer could appear under different names or IDs, while farm locations were not systematically captured.  
  • There was also no reliable digital relationship between a farmer and the Bulk Milk Chiller (BMC) or dairy where their milk was collected.

  • The onboarding process also captures GPS-based farm and dairy locations, anchoring farmer records to physical locations rather than relying solely on names or addresses.
